I went to see Black Swan starring Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis and I must say that I really loved it. Natalie Portman is just an amazing actress who can really transform into any character and that's what makes a great actor. I applaud Natalie Portman in her role of Nina in this psychological thriller movie where she became totally engrossed and obssessed as a dancer that she began to lose grip on reality. A definite must-see if you're at the theatres for sure.

Anyways, there was a scene where she was being announced as the lead dancer and wore this simple yet elegant updo, which was perfect for any ballerina. It's a simple french twist that already signifies elegance and ends with a typical bun that adorns all ballerinas out there. Hoped you enjoy this tutorial as much as I enjoy putting it together. It's a simple and great updo that can be worn for all occassions. =)

Few weeks ago, I did a fashion shoot with Amy again and she had three different outfits she wanted to do for the day. I did her hair and makeup accordingly and I must say, I always seem to surprise myself. The shoot went well however the day was sooo cold! Props to Amy for withstanding the cold to model in her dresses. I'm freezing just looking at these pics! hehe.

For more photos of the shoot, head over to my photoblog.
